What to expect when you work with Velox.
Who do you work with?
We specialize in assisting professional service firms with 2-250 employees. We serve the insurance, finance, real estate and accounting industries.
How do I start?
Reach out via email and we will have a free call to understand your operations and determine mutual fit. Following this discussion, we can proceed with paid discovery and implementation.
Do we need IT staff?
No. We handle the technical work and train the people who will use the tools day to day.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on scope. Some projects can take only 4 weeks, while sophisticated implementations may take 3 months or more.
How is pricing structured?
Starting prices can be found on the Capabilities page. Pricing is determined based on project complexity.
What happens after the project is over?
We offer support and maintence on your systems for a monthly retainer.
How do you handle our client data?
We work inside your systems/accounts, follow your data-handling policies, and never retain or process customer data directly
Do you work with regulated firms?
Yes. We design with your compliance obligations in mind and document how each tool uses and stores data.
What types of technology do you work with?
Velox is vendor neutral. We build custom code and have expertise in various CRMs, enrichment tools, web design frameworks and AI platforms.
